    PDF, DOCX, XLSX, scanned PDFs, and images are parsed; OCR quality depends on the source.

    Keyword search covers identifiers and exact wording. Semantic search requires a configured provider.

Verified data flow

Your documents do not go straight to AI unchecked.

During import, files are validated and extracted locally and, depending on configuration, separately analyzed and embedded. These import steps are not the later chat model call.

Only for a concrete question does retrieval select access-checked excerpts. Only those excerpts, the question, and relevant visuals where applicable are sent to the configured chat model.

What credits mean

Credits represent variable AI usage. Consumption depends on the question, retrieved context, and selected model, so we do not promise a fixed number of answers per credit. 1,000 additional credits cost €79 net.

Enterprise

Enterprise is not a generally available standard plan. TOTP MFA, a tenant-bound generic OIDC flow, and user/department permissions are available. A concrete Entra deployment has not yet been accepted; SLA, procurement evidence, and required connectors remain to be agreed before an offer.

What if the sources are insufficient?

The answer flow supports a transparent no-answer path. During the pilot, we assess quality against agreed test questions and sources.

What data does an AI provider see?

With a configured external provider, the question and selected permitted excerpts may be transferred. Provider, region, contract terms, and retention must be reviewed for the concrete setup before use.

Which formats are processed?

PDF, DOCX, and XLSX, plus OCR for scanned PDFs and images. Recognition quality depends on the scan source.
